Filthy floors looked like dirty mop water. Filthy bathroom. And there was a cockroach in my room. Do not stay here. There are better options in the surrounding city that are about the same price.

Stay was affordable, hotel was very dirty, room was falling apart, trim on wall was falling apart/so was the walls in bathroom (they seems warped possibly due to moisture in the walls etc, stains on the lamp. Did notice some sketchy activity going around as well. They breakfast/machines advertised in the photos were either not there or broken as well. Overall everyone was friendly but most likely would not come back.

"We checked in and went to the room. The floor was absolutely filthy. The couch in the room had one cushion which was almost black from being soiled. Everybody around us, in just about every room were smoking cigarettes and weed. I took my shoes off and after walking only half way across the room to the bed, I looked at my socks to find a whole wig of long curly hair all over my socks. Absolutely disgusting! The parking lot is small, has very poor lighting and all the cars are parked tightly. It felt dangerous. We checked back out after about 15 minutes and went to La Quinta down the street which was much nicer and more pleasant. The manager also said that they will only refund part of the money that I paid for the 2 planned days stay. I would never, never come here again. I suggest you look elsewhere too."

Actually wasn’t expecting the stay to be this good. I’ve been to other Quality Inns where it’s just a mediocre 3 star motel. But this stay was excellent. Clean rooms, quiet, and safe, and courteous staff. I overslept and they didn’t charge me a late fee. The parking lot is monitored so that was a plus. I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Dallas.

The hotel is situation on a corner of a business intersection so street noise was loud. The walls were thin could hear guests beside and above us. The room decor was very nice. The breakfast was not appetizing

It was suppose to be a non smoking room. Room reeked of cigarettes. Smoke alarm beeped for 2 hours before it was fixed. Received message from front desk from unknown caller. 11pm strangers knocked on my door. Hole in wall, dirty shower curtain.

Found a used syringe in the shower so slept on top of the covers all night, didn’t feel safe. Was just a quick sleep before going to the airport so not worth changing rooms. Will not be back.

Hotels.com advertised and sold on a set price, when checking in was charged a extra $100 for a security deposit that was mandatory. When I asked for policy info on the terms they failed to provide any. The mattress was hard, I mean hard. Bedding and upholstery had stains and spots. The toilet was leaning forward and to the right, the shower head outlet cover was detached from wall. The quality of toilet paper was abysmal to say the least, comparable to a handful of debris from the parking lot. Ac/Heater was rattling the whole night. The free breakfast was a joke, cornflakes or froot loops, sliced bread or make your own waffle. The staff seemed nice enough for 2023. I'll be splurging my expenses on a more reputable hotels in the future to avoid these businesses.

I checked into this hotel for my fiancée’s birthday, and I ordered a smoking room for the night. We got a smoking room with no working A/C unit and the lady at the front desk said it was the only smoking room available. She said she would send somebody to come and attempt to fix the issue but nothing. They requested a $100 deposit before getting the room which I charged on my card. They said it would take several business days to get a refund. Today I asked when I would be receiving my deposit refunded, the lady told me I would get my $00 back. Then she said I would instead only get $75 because of late checkout which was understandable. Then told me I would not be receiving anything due to my fiancée’s red hair bleeding onto a few towels. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid these guys at all costs they will rob you of your hard earned money. Don’t walk. Run. Run like the plague.
