Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The property was great! Nice quiet neighborhood, privacy fence, close to stores, restaurants, parks and beaches. The house was spacious with a master bedroom on one side of the house for extra privacy. The pool although at first seemed small, was big enough for the 4 adults to "play". The ability for heated or not heated was appreciated. Be sure to check out the shed for extra play items. we did not use the fire pit, but that seemed like a nice seating area, but we were too tired to enjoy. The kitchen was large enough for 3 ppl to help prepare/clean for meals with decent pots. pans and utensils in appropriately organized manner. There was an espresso pot with pods Keurig style with pods. And a surprise welcome choice of wine. The host was very communicative.. Our family has actually stayed here two times and I'm sure we'll be back.

Buyer Beware. This property was not accurately represented in the listing, and our experience raised significant comfort and privacy concerns.While the home appeared generally clean at first glance, the refrigerator was completely full of food, and the pantry and cabinets contained numerous opened and partially used food items. There was also a fully stocked liquor bar in the living room containing opened bottles and beverages. Combined with the number of personal belongings throughout the property, the home did not feel like a dedicated vacation rental prepared for incoming guests.It appeared that the home may have been actively occupied by the owner and temporarily rented out, which was not disclosed in the listing.The listing advertised 4 bedrooms with accommodations including 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 futon. However, there was no futon. Instead, the “fourth bedroom” contained only two mismatched sofa pieces presented as a sleeping arrangement. After we raised the issue, the owner arranged for a bare mattress — without a frame or box spring — to be delivered and placed on the living room floor. As a result, one guest had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the living room.There were also many personal items throughout the home, including closets containing belongings, partially used lotions, and partially used soap in the master bathroom shower.Most concerning was a box for security/surveillance cameras located in the “office” bedroom. We could not deter
