This property was extremely dirty. All the baseboards caked in dirt, blood on the bathroom door, the side door had a huge gap at the bottom that a small animal could easily fit through. A mattress was in the front yard. All doors had dirty stained fingerprints all over them. The rug was complete stained. I have no idea how there are reviews speaking do the cleanliness. When I contacted the host at arrival they replied that the cleaner normally does a great job but they would speak to them and to enjoy my stay. This was absolutely not from one guest. This was months of build up at the very least. I sent pictures they never replied to and told them we were leaving and they could refund my money or I would need to get VRBO involved. They didn’t reply until the next morning when I contacted VRBO and said they would refund the portion they got paid but couldn’t refund the portion VRBO took it was a difference of 68 so I agreed to just be done with it. I definitely appreciated the refund from the host instead of having to fight about it thru VRBO. ##### Cori L.
