Easy check in, beautiful, large two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. Room was clean, well maintained and in a quiet area. The second bedroom had its own thermostat. Kitchenette was stocked with basic items. We were a group of five and had plenty of room. Breakfast didn't begin until 7am but we were able to take Danishes, fruit and coffee with us as we had to catch an early morning flight. I would highly recommend this hotel.
"Great locatiom close to everything very convenient"
The staff was pleasant very accommodating and the breakfast was great especially since it was free. Waffles, meat, eggs, juice and some type of fruit. I like that they switch it up every day. Overall great place.
Best hotel room and friendliest staff I have ever encountered and I am a very experienced traveler. The Hyatt House has made it into my phone list. Could not find any fault what so ever. BTW - this is the first time I have ever written a review but was so impressed I took the time. Fantastic breakfast, free courtesy rides within 3 miles which was great for my wife while I was at the convention. Loved the place.
I was really disappointed by the hotel staff, arrival and departure greeting and messaging is completely non-existent. We arrived late from a long flight from New York. When we pulled into the port cochere, there were 4 parked trucks blocking the entire drive. The valet did not come to greet us, we had to get out of the car and ask where we are supposed to park. Not a single person ever welcomed us to the hotel. The night check in attendant asked us for a credit card for incidentals, then gave us a room on a low floor on a busy street, near the elevators. Not ideal for a guest who wanted nothing more than a good night sleep. The third floor would benefit form double glazed windows to mitigate street noise. I should have asked to be on a high floor, but since they never even told us what room number we had during check in, it did not occur to me until I was in the elevator and noticed the room number written on the back of the key card. (Dissappointment #3). When we checked out the following morning, the woman at the desk never once asked us, "How was your stay? Nor did she ever say, "thank you for staying with us, we hope you will visit us again." I have worked in the hospitality industry for a boutique hotel and I know that this type of customer service is not only something that is critical to being a quality service provider - but it is at the core of the best known hotel brands in the world. I was incredibly disappointed form check in to check out.
