Expedia advertises that you have EV charging here. You do not. Really screwed me over. EV owners have to make a plan. You broke my plan costing $20 and an hour.

When we arrived we had to wait in line over 30 minutes to check in. Check in was at 3 pm and we arrived at 4 pm. Rooms were not ready and we did not get the King room with accessibility bathroom that we had booked. We ended up on top floor with two queen beds a good distance from elevator. Staff was trying but apparently they were already working 3 hours past the time they were supposed to get off.

Very nice property. I’ve stayed here twice and will continue to stay when I’m in the area. The rooms are clean and quiet. And the breakfast is extremely good too.

The welcoming staff and being greater with cookies was awesome! I was happy that I was able to enjoy a cookie due to nut allergies. Not many people consider that, so it was nice! The food in the bar area was really good. Our room was nice and comfy and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Not perfect, not bad
Bed was good and comfortable. TV was adequate, but I wish it was a larger screen, and I wish the menu feature was more intuitive. The heating and AC unit wasn't always easy to regulate, and the one in my room made some noise, even when it wasn't running. I reported it, but I don't think they could find anything wrong. But something was indeed wrong. Facilities need some work and some upgrading, but overall, I had a good stay.

I like the proximity to AT&T Stadium. However this no longer a 4 or 5 star hotel. Its in need of some serious updating and repairs. Elevators were slow and housekeeping was using the guest elevators because theirs were not working. It's sad.

Worst service. Worst check in
Horrible check in. I arrived exactly at 3pm with my family check in only to find 30 people waiting in the lobby for the same kind of room as me. When I arrived I “checked in” with the front desk employee and I was told to wait until a room was available. After about 45mins to an hour of waiting, the employee yelled for everyone to come to the desk to get a room. I waited n line for almost 15 mins just for the female employee to tell me I have not been waiting long enough to get a room and for me to go to the back of the line. I then had to wait in line again for another 15-20mins. When I finally got our room and got up to the hotel room my key did not even work! Then I had to wait in line AGAIN for another 10 mins before someone would fix my hotel room key. Horrible experience and service. Would not recommend this place after my experience.
