This place is perfect for your short or medium term stay in Dallas. You really can’t get a more centrally located area. The Space: Walk in on the first floor and there's a two car garage. Up a flight of stairs to the right is a guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the left is the Living/Dining and open chefs kitchen with beautiful waterfall island and bar stools. On the third floor is the Master suite with a king size bed and luxurious bathroom and huge closet as well as another bedroom with an en suite bathroom.. Guest Access: We have a washer and dryer The Neighborhood: Located at the edge of highland park and 2 blocks from the Whole Foods, our home is situated in the best location to enjoy all Dallas has to offer. 10 minute drive, gets you everywhere from North Park Mall to all the Museums and American Airlines Area. The house was clean, spacious, and very well located. However, I’d like to share a few things for future guests to consider. There are quite a few stairs to reach the bedrooms, so it might not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Also, the property is close to Love Field airport, so you can hear airplanes frequently, especially from the upstairs master bedroom. It didn’t bother me personally as I’m a deep sleeper, but it could be an issue for others. Upon arrival, we had to wait a few minutes to get the access code, and we noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink. Still, the house is lovely and well situated.
