Welcome to this expansive open-concept retreat, ideal for larger gatherings seeking ample space. The generously sized bedrooms offer secluded havens for privacy, including a palatial master suite and a convenient mother-in-law suite, complete with its own kitchen and entertainment amenities. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, all equipped with ceiling fans and Smart TVs. There are two DART Rail stations within two miles that will take you to downtown Dallas Pool heating is not needed or offered from May 15th to October 1st. 1\. NO SMOKING inside or outside. If the home smells like smoke at checkout, it is an additional flat $500 cleaning fee. 2\. The pool is open year-round but can not be heated if the outside temperature drops below 45 degrees at any time during your stay. 3\. It is $200 per day with a two-day minimum to heat the pool, and we need at least two days prior notice. 4\. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day. 5\. Be honest with your host. You must be 30 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day, and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations 6\. Parking is restricted to the property\`s garage and driveways. 7\. Checkout is mandatory at 11:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guests with a noon baggage drop so we can not do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated. 8\. If early check-in is possible it is complementary starting at 2:00 pm and $50 per hour before that time 9\. Check-out instructions: Take all trash out, start the dishwasher, and turn off lights. Damages all over the place. So take pictures!! I wanted to spend time with family in the area. I should have just flown them in. This house is way over priced. We couldn’t get the TV’s/wifi to turn on, but didn’t even message the manager because we were pretty busy regardless. Overall great stay ##### Tiger F. Lots of room for a large group to disperse or all gather together. Good assortment of kitchen items. Walkable to food places Pool, ping pong table, pool table etc were all fun additions to the house Extra 1/2 bath not on listing was a pleasant surprise. Cons: Listing says Wi-Fi, which is technically true. But the internet was unusable (24 kbps if we could connect at all). This made all the TVs unusable since the only option is to stream. I reached out to the owner and they advised to reset the router, which we did, and they did not respond when we told them it still wasn't working (we have very tech savvy people in the group to troubleshoot). One bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom. One bathroom is attached to a bedroom and has a door to the hallway, but none of the doors have locks on them. ##### Griffin S. Our family was able to enjoy the holidays thanks to all the various living spaces in this house. But we expected a premier property for the price charged. It was dated, carpets old with dirt around the edges and frayed, old tattered and worn drapes, rotted trim work, oven not clean and we found several bugs inside. It was also cold feeling due the large space and significant lack of decor. Pictures they had online did not portray how worn and cold it was/felt. I reached out to the property manager after in hopes they would make a concession given the gap between actual vs portrayed and she said the owner will do nothing. Disappointing. ##### Mike V. The management for the property was AMAZING, they answered to all our questions and solved the small issues that came up very very quickly, they were really exceptional. The house itself is great, spacious and comfortable, we took advantage of all the areas and had a great time, but for us this were the issues we found: 1\. One of the rooms is inside another room, you have to go through it to get to it, so keep that in mind if you are not staying with family. 2\. The upstairs bathroom that is shared between 3 room does not have a lock in any of the 2 doors which is inconvenient. That same bathroom does not have any space to hang the towels, we ended up hanging them on the railway. 3\. Most of the rooms let a lot of light through, we tried covering some of the windows without much improvement, so bring your eye masks if you like the darkness. 4\. The rooms do not have drawers to put the clothes away. 5\. The pool is a bit small for the size of the house. Overall is a great house, and the management really made the experience a very enjoyable one, we would stay there again, and with a small investment they can make it even better! ##### Nat S.
