Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen. The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities: \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Christmas plans for myself and my 2 adult sons changed at the last minute, and we were very grateful to book this apartment for the week of Christmas. The downtown location is perfect! We explored most of the area by walking. Check-in and access for the apartment was easy. The apartment is so spacious and almost everything that you need is included. There were 3 of us staying here so we needed to use the sofa bed, but unfortunately there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. However, we improvised and made it work. The property ignored my concerns for 2 hours until i made a comment about how they were ignoring me. They offered to drop off towels and then responded no one was available until the next day. The TV was never fixed even though we had several back and forths about getting it fixed. Towels were dropped off the next day, but still, a family of 4 doesn't want to share 2 towels. My kids were disappointed about TV, and we were irritated about the lack of service they would respond on the app, but couldn't do anything to help with our issues when we wanted them fixed. Logging into a TV so its not locked and dropping off towels shouldn't be a big deal to have done. ##### kevin d.
