Along with an outdoor sky pool, this smoke-free apartment building has a zen garden, 24-hour fitness center and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV. The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities: \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; \~$125/month). Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
