Enjoy exclusive access to an outdoor sky pool, a tranquil zen garden, a 24hr fitness center & convenient laundry facilities—all in a smoke-free environment. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen w/ a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave, along w/ a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door ($17/day; \~$125/month). Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
