They were barely “cleaning” the room when I came to check in at 10 at night! When I was finally able to get into the room, the chairs and couches were dirty and did not make for a comfortable nights sleep (don’t even get in the sheets). The pictures do not represent the cleanliness of this establishment. Highly disappointed.

This is a great place to stay the rooms where clean and everything up to standard. If traveling with a dog they have a nice area by the pool to air your companion.

The place was dirty from all of the hallway carpets to the room carpets, bathroom, shower etc. It seems like there is little concern or effort in cleaning general areas, carpets etc.

A very different experience from a few weeks ago. A man and woman were yelling at each other in right outside the front door. She was accusing him of forcing her stay while he was countering she was crazy. A paper towel with blood on it was on the elevator floor for two days. In the bathroom there was one towel and two hand towels only.

Someone needs to check their vacuum cleaner. The carpet was not littered. It just needed to be freshened up. The workers have no manners. They cannot even smile. To be quite frank, I won’t stay there again, and probably not at that chain.

The hotel was fine, bed was hard. However the area wasn't the best. We were pulling a trailer and someone stole a wheel off of it.

My first stay on the 18th was much better. The staff was able to process our reservation without any problems. However, my stay on the 29th was not the same. The staff was unable to process the reservation and we had to wait in the lobby for a while. Not a good experience. Overall, okay for the price. You get what you pay for. The coffee machine was great.
