Our stay was good, until Saturday night when a group of people were allowed in pool, they were very loud having a good time, but it was 2:30am. Needless to say we didn’t have a good night rest before heading back home.

Beds are very comfortable, we had the king suite with the pull out sofa, there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed so had to go downstairs and ask for it. Room was clean, hotel is in a great area, lots of restaurants and close to Galleria. Overall hotel was nice and clean. Will stay again!

Hotels.com allowed me to book a room for the night of September 2nd as well as charge me that night for 126.55 even though the receptionist said they had no rooms available and would be canceling the reservation. My bank statement reflects being fully charged for a “stay” at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dallas-Addison. I need my 126.55$ back that was at this point stolen from me for a reservation the receptionist decided to cancel due to be being “fully booked” even though hotels.com let me get a reservation

The staff was very friendly. The property is very outdated. There are bugs near the refrigerator. I left after one night. I won't return.
