The floor hardwood floor was dirty and stained. The TV remote batteries didn’t work and after replacing, the directv was not working. Overpriced!

Water bottle was still in our room from previous guest. Room smelt funny, heater was loud, trains and traffic was loud all night long, cigarette butts all over outside

Our first room had tape around the shower head, large burn marks on the furniture, a door that had a gap around it, and a heater that kept blowing the breaker ( it was 20 degrees outside and quite windy.) The room was on the 2nd floor and it shook anytime someone walked on it. As we know about construction, that was scary. We moved to a room with heat. I thought it was cleaner but my socks got really dirty and the sheet stunk like they had been used by a dirty person. The breakfast had coffee like mud, packaged pastries, corn flakes, and yogurt. There was no one refilling anything so if you didn't there early, you are out of luck. I typically do not write reviews but I felt like you should have a warning.

This place was so bad my husband left after less than an hour. Too dirty to even shower. Said he wouldn’t even sleep on top of bedding. Cars being worked on in parking lot…did not feel safe

The room was full of flys. Spent 20 minutes trying to kill them. Bathtub faucet and drain stopper were mostly detached from the tub. We were afraid to even use it. Coating on tub worn off.

I'm pretty sure this property is as good as it gets in Dalhart. Room was full of flies, so was the parking lot. Later we found out the whole town was. Property could do a better job cleaning. Dead flies and june bugs where stuck in light fixtures and corners of the floor. Sink area floor was sticky. We wore our flip flops the whole time except when we slept because we were sure the floor was filthy. Mattress on the bed was worn and sunk in the middle. Won't stay again in Dalhart. We will travel a bit farther next time. This site states that the room has a alarm clock and coffee maker. None in site. No hair dryers either.

I had dropped some money in the room. When I went back and asked if they had found anything, the staff was honest and was returned to me. So thankful for that. Definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for.
The room was a little run down and dirty. I prefer a hot breakfast to a continental breakfast. The room was a little noisy with the train and the highways. It was the cheapest room I could find in town so I am not complaining.

I tried to contact Hotels.com for THREE days to cancel and reschedule. Each time I went to the site it froze. I have reserved MANY (50+)stays through Hotels.com and lately it’s been difficult. I will maybe try once more, but I lost my money , and it sucks. Travelocity seems easier.
