The futon was soft & comfy & warm despite the crazy Akita winter (personally it was too warm, I was sweating. 😂) The only con is, because we left the window slightly ajar for air flow, we could hear the very loud & obnoxious laugh from another guest's room (I think?) which was parallel to our windows. It went on from 12\~2am.
