- Our property receives professional pest control, thorough cleaning between every guest, and quality checks before arrival. However, we’re in the beautiful East Texas woods, surrounded by water and nature, and we can’t completely control Mother Nature. Mosquitoes, spiders, and Asian lady beetles/ladybugs are common and may occasionally find their way inside. Keeping doors closed and window screens in place will help minimize unwanted visitors. We may have limited bug spray available, but we recommend bringing your own—especially if you plan to enjoy the outdoors!
