"I loved EVERYTHING about my stay. The staff was so welcoming and professional. They were very helpful in instructing us on how to use the transportation system. Where all the sites and restaurants were. I highly recommend The Knot as well as it had amazing vibe"

"The best hotel you will ever experience! The biggest plus is the Daiba train station that’s located directly outside the hotel and makes traveling around Tokyo so smooth. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and prepared for anything that you may need. The bar has the most incredible view of the Tokyo tower and delicious drinks/snacks! Their Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee is also incredible and is a must try! We found our forever hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with their quality of service in all aspects. To whomever reading this, trust my word and book this hotel for yourself and your family. Grand Nikko 様、 このホテルは、とても素敵で最高でした。 ありがとうございました。🙇♀️❤️"

"The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo."

"When booking through Expedia, we were recommended a room with two twin beds despite including our children's ages. Fortunately, the hotel had availability to upgrade us upon arrival. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave us a tour of the available room options so we could choose the best fit. The room itself was very spacious, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic."

"We had a very good stay at All Day Place Shibuya. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring Shibuya and getting around Tokyo, with plenty of restaurants, shops and transportation nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side. We had booked a quadruple room for our family, and it did feel quite tight with four people and luggage, so that is something to keep in mind if travelling as a family. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and genuinely went above and beyond during our stay. I had an issue trying to track down a suitcase that had been shipped separately, and the staff took the time to help me locate it and sort everything out. I really appreciated their patience and assistance. Overall, a great stay because of the fantastic location and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend it, particularly if location and easy access to Shibuya are priorities."
