They are pet-friendly, and pet fees apply.\* The large cabin can host 16 guests, is wheelchair-accessible, and features a hot tub, playground, volleyball court, fire pit, horseshoe pit, as well as ping pong, and board games for rainy days. The other cabin can host six guests and features a wrap-around porch and hot tub. They are located in Lumpkin County near Dahlonega, and are convenient to Cleveland, Helen, and many popular wineries and wedding venues. These cabins have a very quiet, peaceful setting, and White Dog Farm, which offers horseback riding lessons, is only a quarter mile down the road. These cabins sit on a seven-acre tract and are separated by about 300 feet of woods with a trail between. Both have easy access and parking. Guests have access to both cabins. The big cabin has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has one king bed, three queen beds, and three twin-over-full bunk beds. The smaller cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking. Property Notes: \- There is one security camera facing the dumpster and one facing the front porch and parking area. \- You may book any dates available, but we reserve the right not to extend a stay that would inhibit our ability to get another booking, such as taking up part of a weekend. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet. After 7 nights, additional charges will apply for each pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included (only for stays up to 7 nights) and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 5 pets. • There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method. • Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide regular coffee at both cabins, but K-cups only at the little cabin. • We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. We also have a charcoal grill at this cabin, but we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $50 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $50 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily. Hosting a party of 20 can be challenging, but this property comfortably accommodated everyone with room to spare. The spaciousness was a huge asset for hosting our wedding rehearsal – it provided a fantastic setting for our families and wedding party to gather and celebrate. The location was also incredibly convenient for our guests attending our wedding at Neverland Farms. It was the perfect home base for our closest loved ones to stay together and share in our special weekend. Nice big island that serves as the table. Seating is a little cramped if you have a full house. The island provided an excellent area to play games. Nice big back porch. Nice firepit area. Gasoline and Dollar General right down the road. Roads are gravel immediately around cabin, but well-maintained and not too steep or curvy. Cabin is close to Dahlonega, Helen, and Cleveland. Smaller cabin is up a hill with a connecting path, a little far to walk at night. I would recommend and stay in the cabin again. We had a great time. ##### Mark K. The dogs had a blast! However, we had trouble with the larger cabin living room TV, spotty WiFi, and there is a huge need for lamps in the living room and bedrooms. Only overhead lighting available. The fireplace didn’t work in the living room either. Huge disappointment as it was a chilly weekend. We would only rent again if these things were improved. Some cabins, due to location and amenities, are oriented for specific family interactions. This cabin was for family, outdoor fun, and friendly relations.
