Summary:  
Quiet Waters 4/4 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom upscale sanctuary featuring a 3 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom main cabin with the "Eagles Nest" 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom carriage house cabin about 100 feet away. This is an amazing and beautiful property, in a great location to spend time with family and friends! Fully remodeled and furnished, brand new listing on 2 peaceful and wooded acres bordering a semi- private pond in a story book setting in the quaint and picturesque town of Dahlonega, GA.  
  
Gated mountain community with paved roads and mountain views. Minutes to Dahlonega town square, at least 10 wineries and breweries, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, fishing and more!  
  
This is serenity at its best. On peaceful mornings you can see deer in the front yard, squirrels busy in the trees, and hear the birds singing - it's like a Disney movie. Clear mountain skies open up at night for star gazing under the forest canopy.   
  
We love it here and we know you will too!  
  
The Space:  
You will have the full Quiet Waters 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom main cabin and the Eagles Nest 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage house cabin all to yourself. This beautiful property includes a hot tub, fire pit table, recreation room with bar and pool table, and peaceful pond views from all decks of the main cabin. The Eagles Nest carriage house cabin features a queen bed, remodeled bathroom and shower with a beautiful and peaceful deck and its own barbeque grill. There are stairs to the Eagles Nest which can be seen in the photos.  
  
In Quiet Waters, the primary suite is on the main floor, no need to climb stairs. It has its own remodeled en suite bathroom, shower and double sinks. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and rock tiled shower area and a dedicated work space with desk and 24" computer monitor, for those of you that must work on vacation! The lower level area has the third bedroom and bathroom right next door, also with a newly remodeled shower area.   
Eagles Nest features a queen bed, a private kitchenette and full refrigerator, washer and dryer in the garage under the living space (there is also a full washer and dryer in the main cabin), a barbeque grill and seating on a private deck high above the forest floor.   
  
The main Quiet Waters cabin features two gas fireplaces with a simple remote control feature - just press the "on" button and you are in business! One fireplace is on the main level and the other is on the lower level right next to the brand new 75" theater TV and sound system. The Eagles Nest features an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance.  
  
Although you will want to spend all of your time outside on the grounds or exploring the Dahlonega town square, the bottom level of Quiet Waters is very cozy with the fireplace, decorated bar area, full refrigerator, brand new pool table and right outside the lower level back door is the brand new hot tub overlooking the pond.  
  
Guest Access:  
Private access to both Quite Waters Cabin and the Eagles Nest cabin is provided with an electronic door lock and your own private lock code.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The neighborhood is a beautiful, quiet gated neighborhood with paved roads and community pavilion on the pond to use if you'd like. All roads are paved and very well maintained. This is a small neighborhood of only 24 homes in a very wooded environment so you will most likely not see any other homes, except in the winter when the leaves have all fallen. Cabin is only about 10-15 min to a super Walmart and the downtown Dahlonega square with shops and restaurants.  
  
Getting Around:  
Beautiful private location in northern Dahlonega with access to restaurants, shopping, wineries, outdoor activities and more all within a 15 minute drive or so.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We have included special instructions next to the fireplaces, hot tub, and fire pit table on the lower level, which will help with operational questions. Any additional questions please reach out and we will answer as soon as possible. Enjoy your stay!
