This secluded, dog-friendly (pet fee applies\*) cabin has great privacy and is a quick drive to Downtown Dahlonega. Our charming three-bedroom is the perfect fit for your group of up to eight people. You don't want to let this golden opportunity pass you by, so rush to book this hidden gem! Relax out in nature in our secluded hot tub facing the woods off the back deck, covered so you can enjoy it no matter the weather. The backyard also features an oversized wood-burning fire pit. The first floor features a gas fireplace, freshly updated kitchen, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed and its own private balcony.The backyard features an oversized wood-burning fire pit. The last 100 feet or so can be a bit bumpy if we have had rain recently, but it is manageable with any vehicle, and no 4WD or high clearance vehicles are required. Parking at the cabin is excellent for the mountains, you can easily fit 4+ cars. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking. • Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax for the first dog, and $70 plus tax for each additional dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs. • There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method. • We provide 5 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a charcoal grill, and we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily. The furnishings were attractive and kitchen well-stocked.The location for all you need is great. However, the road into and out of the property is in terrible shape. It is a community-owned, gravel road with a lot of erosion. The connection of the road with the house's driveway is so bad that my Honda Civic bottomed out going in and out every time to the point that a strip of rubber under my bumper was dislodged.I would urge the homeowner to do something to fix the access issues, or make sure to note in the description that it isn't suited for non-truck/SUV travelers. ##### Julie G. We were there for a wedding weekend and cabin is close to town and shopping. Due to a storm, the power went out for over 10 hours. No emergency supplies were on site, such as flashlights, battery lantern or emergency lighting for the outside steps and parking area. We came back after dark and could not see the drive and where to turn in on the rutted road nor the steps into the cabin. It's in the woods and very dark at night. The home's water is on a pump so we also did not have water. We were disappointed the management company did not offer to bring us any supplies for our inconvenience while we were still onsite. (water, flashlights) We understood they couldn't control the power company, but customer service was lacking in trying to make sure their guests were safe and the cabin had the basic needed supplies. ##### Nan B.
