My parents and I traveled to Dahlonega for my nephew's graduation from UNG. The condo was in a fantastic location with a view right onto the UNG campus! It is a very short drive to downtown Dahlonega with all the small town charm it has to offer and near lots of hikes, waterfalls and other very quaint and fun North Georgia towns. I also appreciated the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and the outdoor living. I stayed in the room with the second story verandah and my morning views were incredible! The townhouse was beautiful and exactly as described. The owners went above and beyond - stocking the fridge with cold water, providing wood for the fire pit, and offering a stocked coffee bar.
