Dahlonega has so much to offer any time of the year from festivals to wineries and breweries, and the most adorable downtown filled with restaurants, shopping and the Historic Gold Museum. This home is the perfect getaway if you're looking for relaxation and/ or adventure. Enjoy the front porch while watching butterflies around the butterfly bush or the back patio while sipping wine or coffee and watching the deer. Hang out in the fully finished basement complete with shuffleboard table & game room or the backyard where you can roast smores around the built in firepit. 7 Smart TV’s throughout the home in each bedroom & gathering area to log into your preferred viewing apps! There is also plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Front Porch The front porch has two rocking chairs and a view of the beautiful forest and a butterfly bush that during spring and summer hosts a variety of butterflies. While visiting in the fall and winter months you will be taking in breathtaking views from miles away! Living Room The living room & kitchen are connected as an open floorplan and have a 55’ Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps or to watch your favorite shows. In front of the couch and love seat you will enjoy the electric fireplace for those cool fall & winter evenings sipping on cocoa or your favorite glass of wine. Kitchen In case you decide not to venture out to the wineries or amazing restaurants one night, this fully equipped kitchen will allow for all your cooking or baking needs. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 slice toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, 12 pot coffee maker, along with cooking and baking utensils. There’s also an Alexa in the kitchen for listening to music while you cook. Patio & Backyard The screened in porch off the backyard may allow you to catch a glimpse of the deer in the early morning while sipping on your freshly brewed coffee. It overlooks the serene backyard which has a built in firepit and seating. Several beautiful flowers and landscaping adorn this yard! Basement As you enter the fully finished basement, you’ll be invited to play on the custom white oak shuffleboard table with LED lights. After that, you can venture into the game room which has your choice of a 3 in 1 air hockey, foosball or ping pong table or the Pac Man Arcade game with 60 other retro games of your choice. Once you’ve finished with your choice of arcade games, you can relax on the sectional couch to watch your favorite movie or show on the 55’ Smart TV or grab a book or board game to play! Bunk Room The bunk room is located in the basement right off of the game room and has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds along with a twin trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bunk. This room also has a good size closet, a smart tv, a dresser and a giant, cozy beanbag chair perfect for lounging. Master Bedroom The master on main setup features an extremely comfortable king size bed, a 55’ Smart Tv, a dresser, lamps with usb connection ports, a color changing electric fireplace, a master bath with tub and shower, double sinks and a very large walk in closet. Upstairs Queen Bedrooms (2) Both bedrooms feature smart tv's, 2 nights stands with plugs and usb ports, dressers and large closets. Upstairs Bathroom The upstairs bathroom is between both upstairs bedrooms and has double sinks, a bathtub and shower. Downstairs Bathroom The downstairs bathroom has a pedestal sink along with a shower, perfect for guests staying in the bunk room. Laundry Area The laundry area is right off the living room next to the master bedroom and powder room. There is a full-size washer and drier along with an iron and ironing board.
