Very nice sunsets and breezes. The nearby town has a nice park, a great local restaurant and even a retro movie theater. The house is comfortable and in good condition--and a bit larger than I expected. It reminded me of my uncle's house growing up, and no doubt the house has seen lots of happy times. John is great to communicate with, and everything works as it should. I was however, perplexed as to why I had to strip bed and place sheets in the bathtub along with towels; and sanitize counter tops before leaving, when I payed $120 for a cleaning fee. I was also asked to take trash cans to end of driveway Tuesday evening for next morning pick-up.
