Immediately, after check-in into allocated room, Toilet light cannot turn on and air-cond not functioning. Wonder if room was checked prior! There is no elevator, this was fine as bellboy service would be available. We were inform NO and had to carry bag to room self. Luckily, our driver helped us out. Being up in the mountain, a long walk into city, one would expect hotel to provide breakfast. This was another NO! Next day we were all (total 4 rooms) lock out of our room. Front desk staff is nowhere to be seen. Just a very disappointing hotel. When we express our disappointment, it was just a sorry, they cannot do anything more. You can go there by Express bus no.1 which pass by Dondaegu station and Daegu airport. Walk along the pavement upward after get off at the terminal bus stop at Palgong. The hotel is near by palgong hot spring hotel. The road were very beautiful that planted full of cherry blossom. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Maybe communicate with staff in English is normal since they are nice and helpful.
