It was clean and spacious. I loved that I could unpack my suitcase and put my clothes in drawers and hang them up. I appreciated the full sized mirrors. The bathroom was spacious which made it easy to get ready. The staff was very quick to answer questions or help us when needed. The hotel breakfast was amazingly delicious. States air con when you book but they won't turn it on, instead at 18 degrees outside the rooms are at 27! Windows don't all open. Staff are not really interested in customer service. Cocktail and coffee offer no honoured, instead a welcome drink of one per room, either wine or beer. Beautiful views and nice rooms. Can't turn the heated toilet seat off!
