To start, the company that rents out this place did not charge our card correctly, so we were dealing with payment the day we were supposed to be traveling. The entrance to the property was also troublesome and we waited outside for 20-30 minutes trying to get into the property because the code we given did not work. When trying to call the representatives for this company, their phone line was difficult to hear and we were hung up on multiple times. The home was clean a fully stocked. The issue I had was opening the lock, it had to be manually opened, it was cold and a bit frustrating but they walked us through the process of taking the batteries out and resetting it. ##### Adero P.
