« The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. I think we had a much better stay than our travel companions who stayed at another hotel 4 minutes away. I would recommend Hotel Amigo to anyone travelling to Mumbai. Also: loveliest security officer who was always up for a chat upon our daily...

"J’ai bénéficié d’une belle chambre vue mer, spacieuse, propre dans l’ensemble. Gros point négatif : le petit déjeuner. La salle est beaucoup trop petite, pas de place assise, je devais attendre qu’une table se libère mais étant pressé par le temps et un rendez vous professionnel, j’ai demandé de prendre un café à emporter. 2eme point noir, une seule machine à café à disposition qui met un temps fou à sortir une tasse donc temps d’attente encre une fois ridicule. On m’apporte mon café dans un gobelet avec un couvercle beaucoup trop grand donc impossible de partir en voiture avec. Je demande un couvercle adapté, un serveur part et reviens 5min plus tard avec un mug en porcelaine…bref je suis parti sans déjeuner. 2eme jour meme chose, j’ai pu m’asseoir mais la salle de petit déjeuner était dans un état lamentable, des liquides au sol épongés par des serviettes laissées à même le sol…les tables pas débarrassées…service totalement dépassé. Côté qualité et variété du petit déjeuner, passable. L’environnement de l’hôtel est bien, au calme, sauf qu’il y a des rassemblements sur la plage la nuit et cela peut être assez bruyant (j’ai eu droit aux feux d’artifice à 1h30 du matin). Bref je regarderai d’autres établissements la prochaine fois que je viens à Mumbai. "
