Because their staff can speak Little English only receptionist can communicate but we still have to use google translations. Maid and others can’t use English. We booked family suite for 2 nights but we get 2 double rooms with crystal clear mirror door separated from another rooms. It doesn’t work because the door can’t lock!! We tell the staff about that they come and see .... nothing change. Most highlight that we decide to choose this hotel is swimming pool bus sadness they close at 7pm and that day they close swimming pool for maintenance with out tell us since we checked in . Watching the lights come on in the evening and the full moon rising over the sea was the best. It was a bit too long a walk for me, to the sea, about 20 minutes or to the Dragon Bridge about the same...this may not matter for others. It has a good buffet breakfast but no other food all day...and you must walk to find restaurants. The staff are wonderful!
