It is situated at a perfect location, just few steps away from the beach, which gives you a stunning and breath-taking view every morning when you wake up.  
Apartment is located on the 31th floor, with an area of 70m2.

The apartment is designed in modern style and is fully furnished with luxury, high quality furniture. The house is carefully designed with a vision of giving every guests the most comfortable, relaxing and satisfying stay.  
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony panoramic.  
Living room is spacious, bright with sea view and city view, and equipped with high quality air conditioner, comfortable sofa, smart TV and luxury lighting system.  
Our kitchen is equipped with an refrigerator, microwave, cooker, electric kettle, pot and pans as well as cooking utensils and tableware which gives you the comfort of homemade meal even when away from home  
The ocean view bedroom comprises of a queen bed, air conditioner. Bed linen is made of nature materials and of high quality.  
You will be provided with all the essential: towels, body wash, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, etc..  
Washing machine is available and easy to use. We also give you washing detergent and drying racks.  
You don’t need to worry about the safety here as this building has a good security. Security guards works 24h, CCTC system is installed, magnetic card is required to use the elevator. Your pets are always welcome to our apartment.
