The location is superb and staff speaks english very well. ##### Roy Stayed 1 night in Jul 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Haruka Oct 9, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness English is below. スタッフの方々は親切でフレンドリーでした。それ以外は残念ながら満足できませんでした。 •近くに素敵なカフェやスーパーがあります。ただ、夜は少し治安が悪そうに感じます。 •ホテルには「バスローブ？」のようなものがなく、自分のパジャマを持参する必要があります。 •シャワーやお風呂にお湯が出ません。 •他のレビューとは違い、無料の朝食はありませんでした。近くのカフェや食堂で食べたのでまあ良しとします。 •テレビはありますが、地元のチャンネルは映らず、YouTubeかNetflixしか見られません。 •エアコンのリモコンが時々反応せず、設定が毎回リセットされます。一度エアコンを切ってから、再び希望の設定でつけ直す必要があります。しばらくするとまたリセットされるので、設定を変えたいときは毎回同じ操作をしなければなりません。 結局のところ、親切なスタッフのおかげでなんとか滞在を楽しめた、という感じでした。 The staff were nice and friendly. Apart from that everything wasn’t satisfactory unfortunately. - There’s a nice cafe nearby and supermarket/mart. But at night it looks a little unsafe. - The hotel doesn’t have a “hotel robes?”, you’ll have to bring your own pajamas. - There’s no hot water for the shower/bath. - Unlike other reviews, there’s no complimentary breakfast. I ate at nearby cafes and eateries so it’s alright I guess. - There’s a TV but there aren’t any local channels, just YouTube or Netflix. - The aircon remote doesn’t work at times, and it resets every time. You have to let the aircon turn off then you can turn it on again with your preferred settings. It resets after awhile and you have to do it again if you simply want change a setting. We had an issue on our first night, but the staff were quick to rectify the issue and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were there. The hotel is also in a convenient location and close to the beach.
