We had a small leak in the ceiling and they offered to give us a room swap, which you don’t always get if you report a problem. We also got a change of towels and clean bedding during a five day stay. We had a 2 bedroom kitchen living room with everything we needed for our 10 days stay! I was actually sad on my last day leaving this place! Will definitely come back!! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating! They would go above and beyond to help! We did rent a motorcycle to ride around the city and the process was painless! It was also cheap. It seems like they have a lot of motorcycles available for guests to rent. The place is right at the heart of the city, near the supermarkets, local markets, and a lot of street food. The lady on reception was very friendly & tried to be helpful & was apologetic. But we had several issues, the most annoying being that the washing machine didn't work & this was the main reason I had booked this place. A guy came & tried to fix it, but to no avail. My husband eventually got it going, on quick 20 minute cycle, but even then had to keep coaxing it along. They said they'd get it fixed while we were there, but this did not happen. Apartment had kitchen, but unfortunately not enough utensils eg no sharp/serrated knives, no teatowels, no chux cloths. Also no washers in bathroom. So to wash ourselves with the bath gel provided we had to use their handtowels. Apartment was lovely & spacious, so a pity these negative things, which could be easily remedied, spoilt it a bit. The pool & pool area is very small on top of building, but with an interesting view. But the pool was not clean. We pulled out quite a few pieces of plastic, it was mouldy in lots of places & it was losing a lot of tiles.
