The staff are great. Very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good too. However, it cannot be considered a 4 stars hotel. Their presidential room is spacious but lack of maintenance. Shower door wasn't sealed and cohlsnr closed tightly.

I would give Minh Toan Galaxy a 4.5 stars Hotel. The service overall was excellent! Staffs were friendly, Breakfast area is huge and comfortable. Rooms are nice and clean!

The hotel location was profiled under near downtown. Downtown was the amusement park name and in fact was 15 minutes from the beach area and all of the dining options. No bar even though the website suggested they had a poolside bar. The pool was excellent

It’s amazing stay - staff was very friendly, breakfast amazing with so many options. Should you try traditional soups. We suppose to stay only 2 night but extended to 4 nights. Great swimming pool open intill 6, gym till 10. Location is great close to airport and attractions.

We got checked into a room with no working phone, security safety box also not working. Staffs new about the issues but still checked us into that defected room. After few complaints, we got moved to another room, but smaller than what we had initially. Not a good 1st impression.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Based on Vietnam being partially 3rd world country, where some places look low class, this hotel definitely stands out with others in town, Da Nang. We stayed from 2/16-2/26, during Lunar New Year. They were wonderful, friendly, the place was clean and every day housekeeping. They have breakfast buffet every morning. They have a pool and fitness center. And they help you with any questions. They are hard workers, from doormen to kitchen, to front desk to housekeeping. In Vietnam, a dollar is worth more than a dollar, so show your appreciation, they don't expect it, but you can tell, they appreciate it, more than you know.

편안한 높은 수준의 호텔

모든 부분이 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 훌륭했으며 편안하고 깨끗한 침구도 좋았습니다. 한가지 문제가 있었으며, 호텔에서 공항픽업을 펑크내는 바람에 60만동의 터무니 없는 바가지 택시를 탈 수 밖에 없었습니다.
