But the staffs at that time didn’t speak English at all. They kept saying wait and sorry and call later. I waited in the airport for their call, but they didn’t call me back. Hence I had to take a taxi to hotel. In reception, 2 male staffs failed to find my booking even though I showed my hotels.com my booking page. It was 3am and we were exhausted because of long waiting due to their unprofessional work attitude.
