Service was good, poolarea was small but good. Maybe could be more clear and visible rules around the pool area. Since were some imature adults and their kids splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was very good! Nous avions réservé sans le savoir une chambre en sous-sol qui ne nous plaisait pas (forte odeur d'humidité, entrée isolée). Le personnel a géré notre déception de façon très professionnelle et nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre qui était vraiment spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner buffet copieux, varié et bon. Des vélos sont mis à disposition des clients. Everything was amazing. From upon arriving where staff welcomed us with a drink and took our bags to them helping us find the town and how to get to places it was simply amazing. We’ve been travelling Vietnam and this best hotel we’ve stayed in! Great rooms, amazing pool, great breakfast and 15 minute walk from the town centre. Absolutely amazing stay! Would love to go back one day!
