Excellent!
C’était notre deuxième séjour à cet hôtel. Nous avions adoré l’endroit la première fois et ce fut tout aussi agréable cette fois-ci. Idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et la plage, on peut se déplacer facilement avec les bicyclettes gracieusement fournies par l’hôtel. La course en taxi est peu chère, si on préfère ce mode de transport. La chambre était grande, propre et très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est aimable et particulièrement attentionné. Des amis nous avaient recommandé le Sincerity lors de notre premier séjour à Hoi An; depuis, c’est nous qui le recommandons à nos amis.

Very confortable
The hotel is located 20 minutes by walk from the Old City. Very nice and confortable. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is confortable and there are all necessary amenities. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is OK, there are a lot of different things. Service of free shuttles to / from the town and the beach. The only "-" is the construction of a new hotel really close to this one. Which creates noise and visual obstruction.

Excellent séjour, personnel très attentionné, aimable et prêt à rendre service. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Assez loin du centre pour y aller à pied mais il y a un service de shuttle pour aller à la plage et au centre historique. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Sincerity et si nous avons l'occasion de retourner à Hoi An nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

Great hotel excellent staff!
Beds are very comfortable. Water is supplied everyday. They provide bicycles for free. Breakfast is Buffet mainly style Asian style but you Can get Around with eggs, pancakes and bread if you are not the type to tryout new stuff and rather stick to American standards. All I tried was good.

Très bon accueil et personnel très attentif. Excellent hôtel avec un rapport qualité/prix incroyable. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est digne d'un hôtel de très haute catégorie. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Parfait!
Nous avons passé 4 jours au Sincerity et nous y serions restés plus longtemps. Idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et la plage. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel gentil et attentionné. Des petites attentions dans la chambre le soir, par exemple des biscuits. Belle piscine. Seul petit défaut: le vin blanc servi au verre n'est pas froid.

This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic stay
The best service I've experienced in my 42 years of travelling. The hotel is clean and cosy. The morning buffet was delicious. Easy to borrow bikes. I can warmly recommend the hotel and will hope to get the chance to return.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

Nice hotel
Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.
