The location is great as it’s close enough to the river / centre of Hoi An but not too close that there are loads of tourists around (which is the case in the centre). An easy walk to the centre of Hoi An and local eateries. For Vietnamese standards it's really clean, could be a little cleaner for Western standards, but overall a good place to stay. We have discovered that Vietnamese mattresses are as hard as a rock, so unless you stay in an expensive Western Chain Hotel, you will find this everywhere. It is a bit noisy though.....not from outside noise, from other guests! Doors slamming, feet thumping on stairs, loud conversations all echoed around the marble tiled foyers and stairwells and woke us/kept us awake at night. Shame really. It's a nice little Hotel. We welcomed the pool at the end of long days walking. It's not huge but it's more than enough. The staff are very friendly and it's good value for money.
