Full disclosure: I only stayed a few hours because I had a late flight. I found the room to be small (even by Da Nang standards) and somewhat dimly lit. I was having my breakfast at 9am, the staff begun to keep all the food. I don't have a chance for second helping. When asked must I pay for entrance fee to Ba Na hill golden bridge, the manager told me it is FOC. but I had to pay 700,000 dong in order to get in. I am very disappointed with the poor service and poor knowledge.
