Staff was less than attentive and barely spoke any english. Beds are rock hard worst I've seen in Vietnam. Thought my second stay would be better in a slightly bigger top floor room but there were animals in the ceiling running across the tiles, a cat I think, very creepy. Was afraid it might come through the big hole in the bathroom ceiling. Was very loud at night, walle are paper thin. No breakfast. Isn't even coffee and tea in the room.
