The villas have terrible sound insulation, and most villas are jammed in close to 3-4 other villas so the main problem was screaming kids starting to play in the villa pools very early in the morning. You can hear every scream and the parents don't control the children so its extremely loud and disturbing. Villa is also old and worn out. Their manager rather that act on it was so utterly incompetent that tried to lie it way out to the level of producing fake legal justification. Unbelievable! Never got any type of apology from it.
