The next room was better, but the room still smelled stuffy. The room was nice with cold AC, TV , hot water.and small refrigerator. I have a small issue on my arrival and the manager addressed it in a matter of minutes. Te staff was always smiling and they help me with any questions or information that I needed. They printed some documents free of charge and arranged a tour to BA NA Hills for half the price listed everywhere else. The area is full of Hotels and this was the cheaper one that I found with better service than many others.
