The drinks + snacks in the room were a fair price compared to other places we stayed at in Vietnam. The pool area was good though you would need flip flops because of the dirt around the pool. Breakfast was okay, drinks weren't included, which was a little sad. Rooms were spacy, modern and clean. It's a bit outside of city center, but you can easily get there on the bicycles the hotel offer. This hotel was amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was there Dec of 2016 and there was construction going on in the hotel. Didn't ruin my stay but thought I would warn other travelers if that's something of a concern. The staff here were the best I've had so far in Vietnam. We asked what time construction started which was 6am. Went to our room and checked out 10 minutes later due to the noise. I told her to update Expedia and tell people it's a construction site with over 10 workers banging away out side. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for food, activities, and tailors. The hotel is out of town next to the pottery village, but the free bicycles are great for getting around, about 15-20 minutes to old town. They recommended two excellent restaurants serving local food that are literally right around the corner. The breakfast was good, rooms spacious and clean with great views and staff friendly. This hotel is an excellent value for your money. It is located away from Hoi An ancient town, but it is an easy 10-15 minute bike ride (too far to walk). You can also bike to the beach in about 30-45 minutes. This is one of our favorite guest houses we have stayed in our 3 months in SE Asia (and the best our laundry has ever smelled).
