The hosts were generous enough to meet me the night before my check-in. Was given a set of keys and a brief overview of the neighborhood. Immediately noticed that the porch light was out and the stairs were very dark. Julie said she would come back the next day to put a new bulb in so I could see to unlock the door and not fall down the stairs. Once I walked in the unit, I immediately noticed that the description of the property isn’t entirely accurate. The space is very small but the photos do not actually depict the space you’re renting. There is no futon. There is no coffee maker. There is no toaster. The laundry facilities were not able to be used. The bed is very stiff. Only one of the pillows had a pillow case on it. The shower, at first, looks very dirty with all the blue paint all over it but I believe they did that on purpose to make it more “ocean like”. They have part of the bathroom floor covered in a different type of tile which makes it raised up in places. There is a fridge available for use. The TV stopped working on day 2\. Julie never came back to fix the light or put a pillow case on the second pillow. Two of the biggest issues were the fact that there was a mouse on bed when I walked in on the third day and I was approached by an older man and asked if I wanted to buy some meth from him when I was outside the rental. The neighborhood is interesting to say the least. Book somewhere else. ##### Greg G.
