### Apartment 'On the 1st Floor' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The 3-room non-smoking holiday apartment on the 1st floor in Cuxhaven with its own entrance offers 65 m² of space for up to 4 guests. You will find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (on the 2nd floor) and one with two single beds. The living room is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette (2.70 m long) including dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the living area, there is a dining table with four comfortable chairs, a sofa, a table, two armchairs, a bookshelf with books and a safe. The bathroom with window features a shower, toilet, shelf, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror. Wi-Fi and a TV with various TV and music channels are available. For children, there are a travel cot, high chair, handcart, night light, CDs, changing mat, child toilet seat, stair gate, games and books.  
  
The studio apartment with a cozy atmosphere (non-smoking) is located in the popular Döse spa district in Cuxhaven, just 600 m from the beach. Doctors, a pharmacy, and a post office are 300 m away; you can reach a bakery, beverage store, and other shopping options after 600 m. Public transport is nearby.  
  
You can relax in the communal garden with an open terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The accommodation also offers a lockable bicycle room with a charging station for e-bikes.  
  
Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.
