The beautiful sandy beach is only 70 m away and the Duhner town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment "Litfaß 17" can be reached via an arcade on the penthouse floor and offers space for up to 3 people. The penthouse apartment "Litfaß 17" is furnished to a high standard and very comfortably. You can expect a spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen and satellite TV, two bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and satellite TV, 2nd bedroom with single bed 100 cm x 200 cm), two barrier-free bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. The apartment has a furnished balcony facing east. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates the supply and exhaust air.
