The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. "It's always a concern when booking for the first time... "is this going to be in a good area?" I was very pleased with this neighborhood, off-street parking, cleanliness and more. The traffic pattern inside the house took a moment to get used to, but the rooms were spacious, the mattresses were GREAT, there were plenty of linens---and the outside areas were fantastic! Check in and out was easy, and we were happy with our stay. THEN.....I left behind a jacket. The property manager worked...
