"The location of the house is great. Walking distance to the closest beach (Fisherman Beach), not more than 5 minutes. The other beach is also a short walk (about 10 minutes). The trees surrounding the property give nice shade. Just note that there is no AC (it is mentioned in the description, I believe by accident, but there is no AC in the house.). We had great time playing ping pong in the basement, dining on the screened terrace (actually all our meals we did there), and the outdoor shower is...

"Property was peaceful and relaxing , The jacuzzi was an added treat. The front porch was great in the morning for reading and trying to master crossword puzzles. Later in the day the back deck was the place to be, the big umbrella provided us with necessary shade. The owners Christine and Joseph were extremely nice and accommodating, would definitely recommend this property and would most definitely be interested in renting again for next summer. Thank you Christine and Joseph"

"This property is exactly as the pictures portray. It is comfortable and extremely clean with all the amenities one needs for a beach/relaxing vacation. The central location in the North Fork is great. The private beach at the end of the block with the chairs/umbrella in a bin on the beach made going to the beach so easy and fun. The hosts are WONDERFUL."
