Nestled behind a picturesque disused marble quarry, Villa Beatrice is a modern villa located just 1.5 km from the pristine Cornino Bay, famous for its crystal-clear waters and the natural beauty of the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve. The villa is spread over a single floor. It is accessed from a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with modern appliances and a dining area. The living area is bright and cozy, with direct access to a veranda. The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners, and a sitting area with comfortable sofas for relaxing outdoors.   
  
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.   
  
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.   
  
The villa is embellished by a beautiful 5x10 mt swimming pool perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The large solarium is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo and an outdoor shower.
