For hot tub: \- The hot tub is regularly maintained after every guest\`s check-out. However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company. \- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Any damages will be incurred by the guest. 4\. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 5\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 6\. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 7\. For noise complaints: 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 10\. If bringing a pet: 10.1 We don\`t allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed. 10.2 A pet fee of $75 is required. The washer and dryer are in a bedroom closet, which meant that bedroom didn’t have any place for luggage or clothes.The first night we discovered mice, after they had eaten a granola bar which was in a bedroom and then some food on the kitchen counter. Luckily we had brought totes, which we put all our food in after that.I gave this a 3 star for cleanliness because the sleeper sofa in the family/bar room was filthy and mice infested.Luckily my grandson didn’t come because that is where he would have slept.I believe a GOOD house cleaner would have seen the mice droppings on the sofa, and maybe the property manager would have done something about it. The location of this property is perfect! A quiet, peaceful place close to everything. Never heard a peep out of the neighbors. Very private, lovely spot. The home is very clean. Nice new clean linens, and everything you possibly need for a wonderful stay. Many special extras like gourmet coffee beans, fine wine, heavenly-smelling soaps, luxurious towels…..the hot tub was wonderful. The kids loved the game room. The beds are comfortable.
