We stayed in the first of Sept and there is one small AC for the unit that is located in the bedroom. It was off when we arrived and took several hours to cool down and from there we left it on and it was cool enough when we got back in the evenings. A really nice couple owns it and they live on the property but let you have your own space. The outside space was nice to have for our use too. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. It was our second visit here as we had stayed here several years ago. We had lots of space for the two of us, comfortable beds and a kitchen to bring or make meals at the rental unit. It was also so close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. The Laramie Bluffs Mountain Getaway was perfect for our fall “leaf peeping” getaway! Thank you Gary & Linda Fellows!! ##### Steve s.
