When we arrived in Cusco, riots were taking place right in the area where the hotel was located. The hotel had actually closed due to safety concerns, but we had nowhere else to go. They took us in and let us stay until the airport opened up and we could get a flight home. They also provided us with breakfast every morning and food/beverages until we could get to a little convenience store to get some supplies. They went above/beyond to help us out. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great staff and service. The welcome and check in process was quick and easy. The property is located at 10 mins from the airport. They keep tea free of charge at the lobby. The sleep quality was very good.

Would not stay here again. The rooms were very cold and the little hot plate on the wall did little to warm them up. The hot water was iffy. You may have some, or you may not, or it may take a good 10 minutes to warm up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so unless we opened the window, the towels never fully dried and everything was constantly damp. Some members of our group had to switch rooms due to mold on the bathroom ceiling. Plus it's a good 30-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, where all the good shops and restaurants are located. There are plenty of affordable places near the plaza that are better and have reliable hot water.

Great stay in a great city!
Location was great and room was great. Every morning we had breakfast ready and prepared for us. They asked our preference of style of eggs and had fresh fruit and juice for us. The best thing about the entire stay was the amazing staff. Everyone was helpful, polite and always ready to offer assistance. The front desk clerks were all knowledgeable of the area and were happy to provide a map for places to see in Cusco. Along with providing recommendations they were also quick to call us a taxi. This wad inportant so we were able to know a safe taxi service.

Last night in Cusco
We needed an inexpensive one night near the airport hotel and Royal Inn more then sufficed. The room was small but clean and much better then a 3 star hotel in the states, The price was right and we had a free breakfast. Found a place to eat where the locals were late at night. All in all it worked out great.

Review Royal Cusco Inn
The bathrooms are very small and need improvements. There are no windows in the room and internal lock in the room. The restaurant server was very rude as she does not want to work (I could hear her complaining in Spanish) however the chef was apologetic. I would not recommend this hotel and could not believe it was 3 stars.

If airport transportation is needed, needs booking in advance. Also there is a cost for the transportation to the hotel. It’s not included as advertised. Expedia - please fix this. We paid taxi from our pocket.

The only good thing about property was that it was clean and close to airport. Upon arrival, hotel had overbooked two of our friends rooms and lied to us about it by sales manager. Other staff were apologetic and helpful. They relocated them to another nearby hotel, which had no hot water. With our room, there was confusion as to whether we had been overbooked sad well. Didn’t get our room assigned for close to 40 minutes. Would not stay at this property again.

Great hotel - highly recommended.
Hotel is modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is very good in the sixth floor restaurante with panoramic views. The staff are wonderfully helpful and very friendly. It is 10 minutes from the airport. Plaza de Armas is 5 or 6 soles / 10 minutes in a taxi.

The hotel is not in the historical centre it is way out need to get a taxi no restaurants nearby. the room was noisy as it had a window onto a staiwell so all the noise from other rooms could be heard and liht shone in all night. The room was cold there was a wall heater but it was inadequate and a notice said not to use it ar night or for aby period. Breakfast was poor no choice. The coffee was horrible thick and very black, not to our taste the hotel caters for students a great deal si doors were slammed a fewar deal and thet were noisy while we were there.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly and even rude. It seems that Expedia sent the reservation twice and they said it was my duty to solve the problem with expedia. In the check out the admin apologised for the inconvenience and solved the misunderstanding with the double reservation

The staff are wonderful & room was great!
The staff were so polite, friendly & respectful. They were very helpful with directions & which places were the best to go to & which ones to avoid. I had severe altitude sickness & they were very mindful of that. Thank you so much.

Long past it's best
A basic hotel so it can only be judged as such. Friendly helpful staff despite a language barrier. However, we had no hot water during our 2 day stay, which it a basic requirement.

ホテルはフロント、部屋もきれいでした。朝食も最上階から眺めもよく、またおいしかったです。フロントの方にタクシーの相場なども教えてもらいありがたかった。途中マチュピチュに行ったときの不在時の荷物もしっかり預かってもらいました。

chambre avec fenêtre sur cour intérieur très bruyante surtout le matin vers 4-5h salle de bain sans eau chaude, chambre pas acceuillante avec le ménage qui laisse a désirer. petit déjeuner très pauvre. le personnel super!
