Great location with a short walk to the square and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with some really nice art touches in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business.

XO Art Hotel had beautiful art on the walls, fresh flowers in the dining area every day, and helpful, friendly staff. It was a good base for us to explore the Sacred Valley and Machu Pichu sites.

I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.

The breakfast was great. We had the best eggs every morning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Staying at XO was more personal and memorable than staying in a hotel chain. The location is walkable to the historic center.

This boutique hotel has a unique, old world charm and artistic personality that makes it a one of a kind. The staff were friendly and attentive. Hot water and heat were more than adequate. The hotel is close proximity to the city Square, where the cathedral is located, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Thanks to all the staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

A True Gem in Cusco

Amazing, beautifully decorated boutique hotel with super friendly staff. I loved my time at this hotel! If you’re an art lover or someone who appreciates art, this is a fun place to stay. My room was very spacious and even had a balcony as well as a hidden mini kitchen. The staff was super welcoming and made great attempts to make sure my stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Cusco!

This was a very nice hotel in a great area. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do around Cusco. There was staff available around the clock. The breakfast was very nice, and there was always water, coca leaves and candy available! Our room (101) was quite loud with street noise but other than that, very comfortable.

Comfortable, convenient hotel within walking distance of what you want to visit and tour pick up locations. The listing here says free airport shuttle and when I contacted the hotel to arrange it they said there would be a charge. I said go ahead but when I arrived at the airport there was no one there to collect me. Not a good first impression for one of the pricier Cusco options.

Beautiful rooms and layout. Looked like an art gallery . Room is stuffed with mini snacks for free.The area is quite and safe. Breakfast had a great spread of bread, meat, fruits, veggies, eggs, cakes. The staff are friendly and helpful. Made us feel like home. The location is walkable to the San blas plaza and minutes away from Siete Borregitos and Cristobal plaza. Lots of food and cafe around. The next door owners of pizza place, the massage, the two hour laundry store and the supermarket end of the street are pretty amazing , friendly and welcoming. There's always hot water for the coca tea and drinking water to keep you hydrated. Airport shuttle available on request. Night security keeps the front door locked at all times for safety. Ask for the security's contact number if you are planning to stay late night. XO went above and beyond to make our trip to Cusco a special memorable one. Highly recommended for all . They will surely make you feel special.
